Please note that Skill Trek Complete Software and Skill Trek Express are separate products and aren't interchangeable.

We understand that not all curriculum will suit the needs of every family, so if you need to cancel your account, please e-mail us at

To keep our prices as low as possible for families, we have instituted the following policies for refunds:

You may cancel your membership at any time, but there are no refunds for your current or past months, quarters, or annual** memberships of the Skill Trek Complete Curriculum. After canceling, you won't be billed for the following month, quarter, or year of service. We encourage you to review our demo page to see what the lessons are like before purchasing. 

"Failure to use" the curriculum after purchasing doesn't qualify for a refund. We work to keep costs down and even if you've never logged on, certain administrative resources go into setting up and maintaining your family's account. It's up to you to utilize the program. We hope you will, because families across the world love it.
**Sales Annual Memberships (such as Black Friday): Sales memberships are considered a sales product and there are no refunds. We encourage you to review our demo page to see what lessons are like before purchasing or purchase a non-sales related membership first to make sure that you'll enjoy the product. 

**Lifetime Trekker Memberships: Because of the deeply discounted package of the Lifetime Membership and the Lifetime Platinum memberships, there are absolutely no refunds. We encourage you to begin with a different membership to see if Skill Trek is a good fit for your family before upgrading to a Lifetime Membership. 

There are no refunds for the Skill Trek Express digital e-curriculum.

Skill Trek Express Physical Products
Our physical products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product, and it must be returned in good condition. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 7 days

The product isn't used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Skill Trek.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Skill Trek DBA cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Skill Trek DBA customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Skill Trek DBA with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Skill Trek DBA to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Skill Trek DBA will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
